Tire does not have a tube, but looks like it is not sealed against the rim (no hole in the tire).

Do I need to use something to seal the tire to the rim?
Are there tubes I can buy (and where) to put in the tire so it won’t lose air?

I don’t use it too much, but when I need it I need it to work!
